Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Overview We aim to deliver products in perfect condition. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the conditions described below.

  2. Eligible Returns You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described (wrong stock).
  • The claim is made within 48 hours of delivery of the order.
  1. Condition of Returned Items
  • Returned products must not have been altered, modified or used,  except where such use is consistent with identifying the defect or where other valid reasons apply and are approved by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return where the product condition prevents us from reselling the item or verifying the issue.
  1. Proof and Verification
  • Photo or video evidence may be required to support your claim. Please provide clear images showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • We may request additional information to verify the claim before authorizing a return, refund, or replacement.
  1. How to Request a Return
  • All returns must be arranged via direct communication with us (email, phone). Do not send items back without prior authorization.
  • Once your claim is approved, we will organize collection or provide return instructions.
  1. Collection and Return Shipping
  • We will arrange for collection of approved returns where possible. If instructed to return items yourself, do so using secure, trackable shipping and retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when the customer arranges the return shipping.
  1. Refunds and Replacements
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item and verify the claim, we will confirm the outcome (refund or replacement).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after confirmation that payment was received for the order.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
  1. Delivery & Unattended Deliveries
  • Deliveries left at the designated safe location when unattended are considered completed. We may leave orders in a safe or agreed location if no one is present to accept delivery.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods after delivery has been completed (including unattended drop-offs), unless the damage or error falls under an approved eligible return within 48 hours.
  1. Exceptions
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or other customer actions are not eligible for return.
  • Special-order, custom, or perishable items may have additional restrictions—please contact us for details.
