Pricing

Pricing and how it works

  • Price per kg — All products are priced per kilogram. The price shown at checkout is based on the expected average weight of the piece.

  • Average weight — The listed weight is an average. Individual pieces may be slightly under or over that average (for example, a 3 kg average may include pieces from about 2–4 kg).

  • Final price at packing — We weigh the actual pieces we pack for your order and adjust the final price to reflect the real weight. You pay only for the exact kilos you receive.

  • Full primal pieces — Unless a product description says otherwise, prices shown are for full primal pieces (not pre-sliced single portions). If you order a whole-box quantity (e.g., an entire tenderloin or cube roll), you may qualify for a lower per-kg price because you’re buying the full box rather than a single piece.

  • Discounts at packing — Any discounts for whole-box purchases or weight adjustments are applied when we pack your order. The final price will match what is shown in the shop or be lower; if lower, it will appear as savings on your invoice.

  • Business/custom orders — Businesses or customers with special requirements (organic, halal, specific cuts, etc.) can contact us for additional options and pricing.

Why we do it this way

  • Fair for you — You’re not overcharged if a piece is lighter than the average.
  • Fair for us — We don’t give away extra weight when pieces are heavier than average.
  • Honest — Meat is a natural product and weights vary; pricing by actual weight is the fairest approach.

What you need to do

  • Choose the weight option that suits you (e.g., 6 kg, 12 kg, 20 kg).
  • Use the estimated checkout price as a guide; the final invoice/payment link will show the real packed weight and exact price.
  • If you have concerns or requests, leave notes at checkout or contact us before packing.
