Refund policy

RETURNS

1.     Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
We reserve the right to reject products upon evaluation if no defects or issues are found, which may result in the cancellation of the application.

2.     Return Request Period
Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

REFUNDS

1.     Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product unless the return is approved, due to our error or a defective item.
If you are returning items personally must be transported in a registered MTV Prime Safe approve vehicle.

2.     Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If already paid a credit will be applied to next invoice.

3.     Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for any primal that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling.

Extra Notes

1.     Health and Safety
Given the nature of meat products, any return must comply with health and safety regulations. Returns may be denied if products are expired, improperly stored, or tampered with.

2.     Liability
We are not responsible for any damages caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
